At last, finally my picture of Chun Li is complete and coloured! 
Now I've been a little experimental here, I've used my Wacom Tablet (which I thought had given up the ghost a few years ago) to colour in the majority of pic, well, everything but her hair and skin...mixed results of course.
The torso part of her qipao came out rather well, but the lower part isn't great, I am rather proud of her legs though.
Overall I like the proportions of her body, but not her face, next time I'll be more detailed.
